Replacing T-stat on HVAC system, old to new and extra wires… hmmmm? oh .. no heat!?
Here is your mission should you choose to accept it… HELP!!!!
It’s not horribly cold out, have back up heaters but trying to change T-stat. I have wired Hydronic boilers so know the new stuff but this retro is kicking my butt.

If a limited company engages another limited company to perform works in a domestic property, does the Construction Industry Scheme apply?
For example, if a heating company sub-contracts a gas boiler installation to another limited company, would the scheme apply, or is it only if the sub-contractor is a self-employed tradesman?
